HOW IT WORKS

Our Price: $5/min

At a rate of $5 per minute, your care provider will assess your conditions, conduct a personal consultation, create a personalized care plan, and send any necessary prescriptions to your nearest pharmacy.

STEP 1

Before your appointment, you will fill out a detailed questionnaire about your health concerns. This helps us understand your needs and prepare for your visit. The more information you give, the more efficient your visit.

STEP 2

During your visit, you will meet with your provider who will use the information provided in your questionnaire along with any followup information needed to assess your condition effectively.

STEP 3

Your provider will develop a personalised care plan, and prescribe any necessary medications or additional steps based on your evaluation.

Any information omitted from your questionnaire will need to be addressed during your visit.
